Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. All funds in such an Account, including any winnings, will be forfeited and may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Applicable Law.

4. Account Registration & Management
